MAJOR Strengthens Leadership Team to Elevate Customer Service Across the U.S. and Global Markets

MAJOR, a leading global manufacturer of high-performance wire screen media, promoted three team members to key sales leadership roles across North America and international markets: Tom Costello to regional director of sales — central and southeastern United States, Serge Raymond to regional director of sales — Canada and northeastern United States and Ryan Pintar adds the regional director of sales — western United States and international position to his portfolio. The appointments went into effect earlier this year and are designed to improve responsiveness, strengthen dealer support and enhance service for customers worldwide.
“As our customers’ needs evolve across the U.S. and global markets, we’ve made the strategic decision to promote three of our team members into leadership roles that directly enhance how we support them,” said Bernard Betts, president of MAJOR. “These team members bring deep industry expertise and a strong understanding of customer challenges, enabling more responsive service, stronger technical guidance and more tailored solutions. Their new positions reflect our commitment to strengthening our relationship with our customers and ensuring high-quality support across every market we serve.”
In his new role, Costello focuses on strengthening dealer partnerships, supporting customers and expanding MAJOR’s presence across the central and southeastern U.S. With more than 25 years of experience in the aggregates industry and more than 10 years at MAJOR, Costello has an in-depth understanding of his customers’ operations and the challenges they face every day, which gives him a strong background from which to support their operations in his new role.
“Strong dealer partnerships are critical to helping our customers meet their production goals,” Costello said. “In this role, I’m focused on improving response times and communication to ensure both dealers and producers have the support they need to keep operations running at peak performance.”
With 26 years at MAJOR, Raymond now serves as regional director of sales — Canada and northeastern United States. He has worked his way up from a plant worker to a leadership position overseeing three territory managers. Raymond remains active in the aggregates industry as president of the Events Committee for the Québec Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association (ACRGTQ) and as a speaker at events hosted by the Professional Aggregates Producers Association (RPPG).
“Our customers rely on knowledgeable support and straightforward guidance,” Raymond said. “My goal is to equip our sales team with the technical expertise and resources they need to help producers make informed screen media decisions and get the most out of their screening operations.”
Pintar, the senior director for customer service, added the additional responsibilities of a regional director of sales — western United States and international at the beginning of 2026. Named in Rock to Road’s Top 10 under 40 class of 2025, Pintar has promoted process efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout his time with MAJOR.
“Expanding our global presence relies on customers being able to access MAJOR screen media faster and with more consistent support, no matter where they operate,” Pintar said. “By strengthening our sales team’s presence, we’re helping producers reduce downtime and keep their operations running seamlessly.”
Together, these leadership roles strengthen MAJOR’s ability to support customers locally while delivering consistent service across global markets. For more information about MAJOR’s screening solutions and customer support services, visit www.majorflexmat.com.
