Program Conditions:
Pre-Approval Required: This program must be pre-approved by the MAJOR Territory Manager and the dealer.
Plant Audit: The customer’s plant must pass an audit to verify the application is compatible with Flex-Mat.
In some cases, a remote audit may be conducted if an on-site visit is deemed unnecessary by a MAJOR-certified expert.
Pricing and Refund:
If the results are unsatisfactory, the customer will only pay the price of a woven wire screen (based on MAJOR’s retail pricing).
Freight expenses are not included in the refund.
Performance Evaluation:
The 60-day evaluation period starts once the screen is delivered to the customer and installed.
The success of the product will be determined based on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set before installation.
Program Validity:
This program applies only to Flex-Mat Tensioned Screens.
Standard FM pricing conditions apply before any discount is applied.
