ID ENABLED

MAJOR introduces FLEX‑MAT ID Enabled, a revolutionary tool that tracks and stores screen media data within the screen panel. The RFID microchip embedded in all new FLEX‑MAT screens can be scanned with a smartphone.

This takes the guesswork out of measuring and re-ordering and reduces the likelihood of out of spec product resulting from ordering the wrong size of screen media.

Enabled utilizes advanced RFID technology to incorporate screen media data, such as panel dimensions and customer-defined details into the screen media section. This simplifies re-ordering and inventory management and limits the need to physically measure screen media. ID Enabled allows operations to conveniently track orders with an electronic record instead of paperwork.

Users scan FLEX‑MAT ID Enabled with the MAJOR App on Android and iOS smartphones. Screen media information such as dimensions, order numbers and more will appear on screen. Mining and aggregates operations also use the app to access up-to-date information about MAJOR products, use the vibration analysis FLEX‑MAT Sensor and use other digital tools.
