With over 13 years of experience in commercial roles across engineering and manufacturing sectors, Mike brings a wealth of expertise in market development, key account management, and cross-functional leadership.

Before joining Major, Mike held positions ranging from field sales at a Japanese technology firm to leading the European commercial team at a global leader in steel wire transformation and coating technologies. His career has been defined by a passion for connecting stakeholders, delivering innovative solutions, and driving customer-focused growth.

A Belgian national, Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He lives near his hometown with his wife and son. His approach blends deep marketing and sales knowledge with a strong appreciation for engineering and teamwork. Mike is committed to strengthening the Flex-Mat brand across Europe and building lasting partnerships with customers.
