Nutzen Sie die App für den FLEX-MAT Sensor; lesen Sie Daten von FLEX-MAT ID Enabled aus; minimieren Sie den Aufwand Siebe physisch auszumessen mit unserem Augmented-Reality Maßband.

AUF DEM SMARTPHONE NUTZEN

Die MAJOR App ist für Apple und Android Geräte kostenlos und hilft Prozesse zu optimieren, indem wichtige Produktinformationen digitalisiert und im Kundenprozess integriert werden. Zusätzlich bündelt sie MAJOR’s digitale Innovationen.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MEASURING TOOLS

The MAJOR App includes an augmented reality (AR) measuring tool.
The tool makes it easier to measure panels not outfitted with ID Enabled.
Producers use their phone’s camera within the MAJOR App to get approximate panel measurements.
The tool minimizes the need to climb onto the screen deck.

RETRIEVE FLEX-MAT ID ENABLED READING

Use the app to scan ID Enabled panels. No need for a dedicated RFID reader.
Simply retrieve screen media data by scanning ID Enabled logo with the app or holding the phone near the panel to scan.
ID Enabled improves the screen media re-ordering process and inventory management by allowing for a digital record of panel specifications.
A minimized need for physical measurements reduces likelihood of ordering the wrong size of screen media and producing out-of-spec product.

USE VIBRATION TOOLS

Operate the vibration analysis FLEX‑MAT Sensor through the app.
Take measurements with a single sensor without shutting down the screen box.
Use the vibration data to fine tune screen box performance.
View actionable vibration data on the MAJOR App within seconds of completing the process.
